experiment day 13

Today
10:08 pm

I'm grateful for my health. I've had a couple tiny glitches lately, which I can complain about and google about, and before you know it, I have 10 diseases, 14 disorders, and a death wish. So I'm grateful for perspective. And my health.

You?

Ack...missed some days here! Today I am grateful for laughter. Laughter amongst friends, at a silly movie, over dinner tonight and over a completely stupid IM conversation with one of these friends that made me laugh.....sometimes it feels good to cry yourself to sleep...others it feels good to laugh your ass off! Both very therapeutic so....I'm grateful for all the laughter I had in my day today.

I'm grateful I got caught doing something potentially damaging of my health. I'm grateful for a support system.

Today I am grateful that my (soon to be ex) boss got of his big butt and helped out for a change!! It meant not having to do too much unwanted overtime.

I'm grateful for my parents, who help me out at the last minute when I forget I won't be home to pick up the kids when they get off the bus at the end of the day.

I'm grateful for my health too. Long story that could become negative so I won't go into it. I just really tend to make things seem worse than they are; and that's without the help of google.
So yes, I'm grateful for my health.

Definitely grateful for my health. Grateful I can afford to maintain and improve my health, rather than just fix what's broken.

Also grateful for the health of my parents. I forget sometimes that they're pushing 70.

i caught this gratefulness bug you started enough to start up a new blog just to participate! thank you!

I missed some days here too :)
I'm grateful for my family, who have touched my heart in so many ways it is impossible to count. We may have our moments, but then again, boy, do we have our moments :)

I'm grateful to be living in a place where I can get the nutrition and care needed for my mind and body to remain healthy.
